Once a QR code is activated digitally, the service fee is non-refundable.
Orders that have been printed and shipped are non-refundable.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if printing has not started.
If you receive a damaged product, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
