3. Subscription & Renewal

Each plan includes a defined service duration.
Service must be renewed before expiry to remain active.
Expired QR codes may stop delivering alerts.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration details.
Do not misuse the platform for harassment or illegal activity.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer QR token systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReachOutOwner operates as a communication facilitation platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted alert delivery due to telecom failures, internet outages, third-party API disruptions, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the active subscription period.

6. Prohibited Use

Harassment or abusive messaging
Fraudulent activity
Illegal monitoring or stalking

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

8. Governing Law
